Rooftop acrobatics

Anyone remember a short film shown on BBC with a man running and jumping across rooftops in london, after this energetic display he then settled down to watch tv on his sofa. I would like to know where i can download or watch it. Any help apprieciated.

i to remember that, when i wanted a copy of a live operation that was shown on bbc a few years ago i wrote to the bbc and they copied it for me on to a video for a few quid and sent to me, so i suppose if you want it that badly you could always contact them and ask

The sport/ art /lunacy of leaping across buildings is known as Free Running or Le Parkour, and started as a craze in France in the mid-80's.

Channel 4 made a quite artful programme on it in the last year or so called 'Jump London' and it was very impressive.

According to their upcoming Christmas programmes, they've now made a sequel called 'Jump Britain' to be shown sometime in December. Apparantly it features jumpers leaping across the Forth Bridge and Devils Causeway.

Might be worth watching out for.

some of the stuff was amazing to watch in the 1st programme but some of it was kinda easy !
