CPS decision

Back in October I was cautioned by One railways for travelling without a ticket. BTP then arrested me and conducted a taped interview, in which I admitted the offence. Since then my bail has been extended 4 times while awaiting a decision from the CPS. My next bail date is 7 months after the offence. Is it usual for the CPS to take so long?

I can't believe they are doing all this just because you didn't buy a ticket, it seems a bit extreme! When the PPS took my ex to court for breaking an order it took a few months for them to bring it to court. Maybe it takes longer the less serious the offence

Srry I dont know the answer to this question - i usually buy a ticket when I get a train. It's a silly little habit I have.

I hope they throw the book at you.

It costs me �4000 per year for my season ticket.
So fair cheating scum bags should be fined and shamed in court. However most of these people have little self respect , so they have no shame.

I know of a TICKET INSPECTOR/Revenue collector......who was charged with theft from A Supermarket;;;;;;;;; he wasnt wearing the uniform...though,,,,
