to put off doing something that actually needs to be done? I have spent all afternoon procrastinating; I have an essay to complete, so I took the dog to the beach, hung the washing out, faffed about online for a while (OK, I am still faffing!), and eventually went out into the back yard to start picking up, by hand, the clumps of dog hair that have formed on the ground. Then I emptied the plant pots that were overgrown with weeds (I am the least green-fingered person I know, but think I need to get bigger pots this year!), jet-washed them, and re-arranged the bricks on the ground.
I think it would have been less laboursome to just write the bloomin' essay!
Oh Invisi, I think her and I have a lot in common!
I had such great plans, I would finish this essay today, and then begin my 2 other main pieces of work (we don't get one big dissertation, rather, we have 3 key pieces of work, that all interlink, supposedly!).
If she wants to pass the time, I would recommend doing what I have done, and I will try the baking!
