forgotton to eat or just starving myself?

i have done these many times without realising, for the past few days i have not had a proper meal. i would have a packet of crisps, a bar of chocolate, few biscuits and cups of coffee/tea, for the whole day thats it. by the time im hungry..... like now..... its time for bed.
there r times i just havent eaten anything at all, i think when im too busy, i just forget to eat, there r times i just cant be bothered to eat because i dont like eating at certain times i.e now, am i starving myself? and is this normal? could i harm my body if do this often?? i have noticed this for the past 5 yrs. i dont do it all the time though, i would say several times a month. is it a condition i have? if so what is it?

I've been doing this the last few days. Just been feeling a bit ill so havn't been hungry.
I don't think you are starving yourself, just not eating healthily. As much as it can be a pain, you need to eat regular meals rather than picking on junk food throughout the day. I don't think it's a medical condition, just a case of working too much and not taking the time to look after yourself. If you are under any stress then this could affect your appitie too, so try and resolve any issues that are causing you stress.

I sometimes forget to eat too or just never get round to it as I remember Ive something else to do and then realise Im really hungry like now, I should be going and making myself some lunch instead of posting this but I just think, oh I`ll just stay on a few more minutes and before I know it another hour has passed.
So long as you are not doing it intentionally to miss meals and do yourself harm, I shouldnt worry, you will eat when you are hungry. Must go now. Bye........
