is this site slow tonight

is this site slow tonight or is it me? i have two potential problems, i phoned aol and told them i am changing over to virgin media, so they may be sulking, or i clicked on a post earlier on this afternoon it took me to a chat site the poster was mose, when i came back to answerbank i got a virus warninging from avast, since since then i have had nothing but trouble i am having trouble now as the text is appearing to me

it is me i have just been discionected for aboutten min. i think it is the virus i picked up from visitink that site earlier posted by mose.
