I had some Class A drugs

A couple of weeks back, all prescribed, to cure some post operative misery, extreme pain, etc.

Have to say.........if felt completely fantastic. I didn't feel spaced out, just.........fantastic.

Is that what uplifting Class A drugs are supposed to be like?
It was Opiate based, I'm guessing.
