Awwww isn't that wonderful...what a cute wee guy! Isn't it great that he's coming along and is able to take dips with the other penquins.

I always thought that penguins fast and do not go in the water when they molt, so they can loose a lot of feathers at once and get it over with quickly.

I think that penguins are cute.

At Edinburgh zoo they used to take the penguins for a walk at lunch time. Some people thought it was cruel - but the penguins used to line up at the gate to their enclosure waiting for the keepers, some were pretty impatient and vocal. If they didn't want to go for a walk that day they didn't go - it was up to them.

But - they stink.
