Corned Beef hash

What do I have with this?
Mrs 4GS want's it for dinner tonight, I've got the tatties, onions and a great big tin of corned dog but I don't know veggies to have as well,
Any ideas?

a bit late for this weeks recipe but i sometimes put in a cassero;e dish and pop on a puff pastry lid and serve with beetroot with lots of vinegar on

With the beetroot mixed in while cooking, which is how I like it, it is called Red Flannel Hash. (dont ask me why!)
