I'm having trouble downloading videos from it. They all stream alright but when i try to download them it just displays error mesages and crashes.
I've worked out a barely legal work around to download the files to my computer without downloading the files through the application itself but this takes time and defeats the object.
I've looked at the help pages and there is no mention. I've also tried emailing tech support but 2 weeks later i've still had only an automated responce telling me to reinstall the program.
This is a problem with kontiki and is also affecting the bbc i player i have. Any help please??? WIX.

Check your task manager to make sure you have a process listed called kservice.exe, as long as you have then goto run on the start menu and type "sc stop kservice" to stop the kontiki service then go back to run and type "sc start kservice" to restart it. see if that helps
