I'm not sure why they want exclusive rights to the name on the island of Lesbos when everyone knows it as a term to describe women who are attracted to other women.If they do get the rights what are we to call lesbians then?

I wasn't being homophobic in any way with my question jackthehat. There are words to describe "ordinary sexual preferences" too you know.
Having lived the last 30 odd years knowing my mum is a lesbian would make me the last person on earth to judge anyone,I also have a gay stepson.
