The Houses of Parliament clock.Big Ben is actually the name of the bell inside the clock.

If we are being pedantic, its actually the clock on St. Stephens tower. However, this is the wrong answer. The largest clock faces at 25 feet diameter are on the Royal Liver building in Liverpool. http://www.mersey-gateway.org/server.php?show=ConWebDoc. 1322

Thanks.  I had identified that it wasn't the Big Ben/Houses of Parliament clock but couldn't find the correct answer through Google.
