i am 5 foot 3 and a half, i weigh 125 pounds and can wear sizes 3-5.(if that helps at all) im trying to tone my body, my boyfriend and parents say i cant lose anymore weight, so i just want to tone. What can i do to help "love" handles (not huge ones but enough to bother me) and my butt/ back of my legs. Actually anything to help my legs would be great. Got any good AT HOME exercises?
Squats and lunges for the legs and butt and side crunches for the waist and love handles. By the way what size is 3-5? Are you in the US? as I weigh just slightly less than you and am in a UK size 8-10.

thanks for your post, i am trying to work on the lunges (they are very hard) they give a really great burn.
I weigh roughly the same as you, and am an average size 10 (squash into a size 8 jeans on a good day!), but I'm over 4" taller than you. I think it depends on your overall build. Are you sure you're "overweight"? Doesdn't really sound it to me. x
no not "overweight" just want to tone what i do have. i dont know how to explain the figure part. My measurements are: waist- 24 inches, Hips-37 inches, Thigh-21 inches, calf- 14.5 inches.
