pc-on-internet.com/sws/ pop up adds problem

I keep getting new windows open from http://fp.pc-on-internet.com/sws/017/images/EN /continue.gif
and others despite clean spy ware tests (spybot search and destroy) also use firefox with no script and add block plus and have blocked all of these pop ups and marked as untrusted. Have tried lavasoft ad-aware, microsoft windows defender all no good. Any ideas PLEASE !

If you are using a router, you can block any address there.
