Anyone know a Dutch variety beginning with 'M'  or a type of black potato beginning with the letter 'U' ?

Black potato? - don't know but varieties beginning with U include Ulme, Ute & a range of Ulsters

Not too many 'black' potatoes and only one that I know which starts with U.

It is URENIKA.  A tasty potato from New Zeland which has blue skin and blue flesh.
