I have put on a stone since Xmas and now I can't fit into anything. Arrrggghhh!

I'm starting a healthy eating plan tomorrow and I will also be walking home from work which is 4 miles away. I would love to walk to work but I don't want to get hot and sweaty for work. Anyone got any tips on what I can do to lose this stupid stone?!

Re-set your scales :c)

Slight flaw in your plan there China. My scales can be re-set, however my trouser waists will not re-set :-(
Buy bigger trousers and sew in the size labels on your old ones :c)

(I can't get over how helpful I'm being tonight).
Start jogging with the cats..

Mmmmm slight flaw in your plan also Pasta. My cats sleep all day!!! :-(
bit of advice tigger , never buy clothes with expanding waists , because your waist always reach that size .

Thanks Shanx. I haven't quite got to the elasticated waist buying stage yet (apart from undies and PJs).
Perfect-you can jog at night!

I know how you feel Tigger. I gained 2.5 stones soon after meeting my partner 14 months ago.

None of my size 10 clothes fit me anymore, plus I lapsed at the gym. From working out hard 4-5 times per week, it ended up to nothing for almost a year. Luckily I started back today, but still struggling not to overeat.

I've recently bought a mini trampoline, weights bench and some dumbbells, so I can workout at home too. I'm looking forward to the warmer weather, so I can use my trampoline in the garden.
Not too hard, V - you might spring over the fence and end up in next door's fishpond!! x
Lol. funnily enough, I can't seem to bounce very high. Not sure if it's because I have a cheap trampoline or that I'm too darn heavy to get very high in the air.

I've got a trampette too Velvetee. I'm going to use that at weekends when I'm not walking 4 miles home.

When I went to the Ideal Home show they had those machines that you stand on which wobble. I've heard they are very good for people who don't like exercising but they cost around 400.
