Why don't some people on here reply with a thank you when you have given them advice etc.

I and others have found the time to try and help, and I have even gone to the trouble of finding a phone number for someone who was trying to find a cheaper gas/electric supplier.

It only takes 2 minutes to say thanks to everybody who has tried to help.
