When something is really good is it 'top draw' (as in top box office draw) or 'top drawer' (as in higher than the others)?

The suggestion is that it is 'of the highest level' when used figuratively, often employed to put people in a social class..."Top drawer families send their sons to Eton and Harrow, don't ye know."
