It's something I'm keen on having, and I've seen many ads on Google with companies offering 1000's of UK/US channels, including all live sports etc. It seems for a small fee you just need to download their software and in no time at all, you have it. Anyone tried this? Is it really that simple? Any of these sites any good?

It is absolute rubbish - as I think you know. You won't get any of the premium channels and most of the sports channels are from obscure countries showing school table tennis and such like. Most of the channels you can find free on the internet anyway and the quality is on a par with YouTube.

But a fiver is not a lot of money to lose if you want to give it a go.
I would like to see the 'all live sports' advert you mention.
If you are interested in Football you must try www.freeviewfootball.com It is brilliant and obviously free.

Of course once they have your credit card information it may be a lot more than a fiver that you lose.

I am not sure I would trust these people with my credit card details.
That's why you buy from eBay and pay by PayPal.
