Hotel case update.

Dear members of Answerbank,
I am acting on behalf of a Blackpool hotelier,whom as you may know is suing one of your members for cleaning costs, after a three day stay at his establishment.
My firm has been instructed to pursue this matter through the courts, in order to recover these costs.

I am trying to gauge public opinion on the merits of this case, so any views and comments would be greatly appreciated. It is our intention to present these findings to the judge, to help assist with his deliberations.

I hope I have not taken up too much of your time, or interrupted you enjoyment of Answerbank.

Katie -you 2 can have your differences -up to you -but i have to say that he dosnt lie about his life or lifestyle so dont try to get him on that one -cos i will stand firm on that.
