I know nothing about such things but was bored one night so made a little attempt of making a flash christmas greeting for someone.  to show them it i need to put it on my website.  I made the pade and it works perfectly well on my pc but i uploaded it to my site and it doesn't work.  Something is there as my background appears and right clicking tells you there is a flash movie there but it never loads up.  my status bar gets stuck half way iykwim.  Anyone know what i might be doing wrong.  As i said i know nothing, amazed i even get that ftp thing working!

have you uploaded the flash movie (swf file) as well as the page?  Is the path to the file correct after you have uploaded?

I definately have uploaded the swf file too.  but to be honest i really have no idea what i am doing so don't know about the filepath!  all i did was use the html that flash writes for you, named it index instead, uploaded that and the swf and thats about it!
