I was major addicted to exercise a few years ago. I was teaching it about 6 times a week then I did my own for about hour and half a day then when I split from my husband I was running 6 miles aday some days more and going to the gym every morning for a hour and half. I stopped when I got pregnant with my son but now I walk and dance alot and do a exercise dvd about 3 times a week. I still have a great figure at 36 but I am much more relaxed with it now and weigh about a stone more than I did back then but I dont care x
