I have just heard in the news that they have stopped aid getting through AGAIN!

They are still carrying on with elections though! Well thats eases things a bit doesn't it!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just heard Aid is still not getting through and the death toll could reach 1.5m. The Generals are also taking the credit for what little aid is getting through. Are these people delusional or what?
