Photobucket to youtube

How do i transfer videos from photobucket to youtube?
I've been given instructions to delete
?action=view¤t=
from the url which supposedly will then prompt me to download but im just getting a load of letters coming up on the page.

Any ideas?

Go to zamzar and convert the file (URL) to wmv.
