Why is fluff blue/grey?

When fluff accumulates in my home or office it is always a blue/grey colour. Why??

For more on marking an answer as the "Best Answer", please visit our FAQ.I think the reason is probably that the fluff, that is perhaps colourless attracts household/office dust which is usually a grey colour. The majority of dust is actually dead human skin. Although we come in a variety of colours, the pigments that determine our colour are below this first layer of skin, which is a translucent blue grey/colour.
