The nicest thing anyone did for me was, during my first pregnancy I suffered so badly from morning sickness I couldn't do a thing and my house was a tip - I went to the hospital one day and while I was there my sister in law let herself in to my house and tidied and cleaned everything before I got back. I was so grateful I couln't stop crying!
