Does it cost to ring 1471 on the phone ? I didn't think it did but a neighbour reckons they have reduced their phone bill by �100 a quarter by not doing it.

Exactly !! No one would use 1471 that often ! It only gives the last number anyway so they wouldn't benefit by ringing it constantly ! He's one of these people who thinks he's always right so I'll let him carry on believing it lol

It only costs if you use ring back (3).
