12 Point Disqualification Periode

if a person receives 3 points for speeding on top of 9 points allready on their licence for drving without a full licence and without insurance, how long are they disqualified for?

chris is right in what he says,but,it is not definate that you would be banned on reaching 12 points,if you can prove it would cause you hardship losing your licence on 12 points the court has the power to just impose fines etc and not a ban,but you would need a good case as the courts are very strict nowadays.

I had 9 points for speeding then got another 3, I went to court and told the judge (a nice lady) that I would lose my job and I wouldn't be able to take my son to his school. I was very surprised but they let me off so it's worth a go.

no knowledge i think the point folk are trying to make is that accidents happen with experienced and inexperienced drivers but at least they have teh entitlement to be on the road in the first instance
