Summer is well and truly over here in London.

It is raining and bl00dy cold!!

sorry for late reply, just had to call fire brigade out as next doors house was billowing smoke! Im sure we are gonna get investigated soon as thats the 6th time ive had to call them in last 2 years and Mr CRX gets paid for turning out each time lol

It was the firewoman! lol

It looked worse than it was and Mr CRX got it out before engine arrived. She has a plumber working there today and somehow the wall cavity had caught alight when he was welding. All OK just lots of smoke but that will clear.

The poor plumber was trying to put it out himself with water and getting nowhere fast. He was very shaken up and worried but my neighbour wont have a go, it was an accident.

Bless him, hes just called round to say thank you for our help.
