I've recently bought a Pro Fitness excercise ball which is great, if i knew how to inflate it. It says to use a bicyle pump and the adapter but my box did not include an adaptor. Can anyone tell me whether there was suppose to be one in there or do i have to buy one separately?
Thanks!

Yes Ruth. All fitness balls should come with their own pump. Not sure why yours didn't have one, perhaps you should contact the manufacturer or you may be able to purchase one from a fitness store.
ruth,

I'm having the same problem! Got mine from argos, how bloody hard is it to put in an adaptor!! Takes the pee, may aswell have bought a more expensive one and have less hassle!!

But im going to try a football pump, as I think that should work.

Did you solve it by the way?

Thanks

Hi,

To be honest I was fed up of trying so I just took mine back to Argos, where the assistant told me she had the same one and it doesn't come with a pump!

I just bought a slightly more expensive Reebok one and it was so much easier to pump up and came with a booklet on how to use it!

Thanks everyone
