well why should they say that ?
if you make your bed every morning when you get out of it
i tried it to day, and gave up after 4 hours of jumping in and out of bed , i was so tired i needed to lie down and had to have a nap no the sofa
please help me out of this predicament

dont make it, then you wont need to lie in it.

It doesnt say that you cant lay in it if its not made so youll be able to come bedtime :)
