Pluming/ CITB

Referring to my plumbing question below, somebody mentioned to contact the CITB.  I was wondering if the CITB have an age limit like the Training Credits thing?  As you can tell I know very little about the construction industry, but I try!  My fella is 22 if that helps......Ta

I've been on their site and couldn't find anything about age restrictions.

 

Ever heard of if you can't say anything nice don't say it at all?

 

And if I'm right, I thought this was a question and answer site.  Not a gobsh!te site.

I don't know about age limits, but the CITB do refer to trade skills apprenticeships for 16-24 year olds.

The CITB are not the right organisation for Plumbing.  Your boyfriend needs to contact the Joint Industrial Board for Plumbers regarding apprenticeships.  I can give you the phone number for them if you require it.  I do know quite a lot about CITB Training!
