It's actually "och aye the noo"

no... do you?

which roughly means 'Oh yes, just now'

Never heard it used-or indeed heard it said -think its just a p!ss take -lol

being scottish (not a rangers fan by the way)
ive used the expression och aye the noo, in jest.
these days ive heard it used less so.

it goes along with the story about the haggis wi one short leg and one long leg for 'runnin round the hills lol
