"Your question may already have been answered"

This facility seems to have been unavailable over the last few days, resulting in a lot of repeat questions.

Does anyone know how to raise this with the answerbank powers that be? Or has this question already been answered?

i think it has greyfox i think quite a few ABers have e-mailed with no success.

The search facility to find questions on a particular subject also seems to be out. I have e-mailed, after a lot of stumbling round the site to get an e-mail address, but no response

Why get bothered, just press "previous" or "next 20", keeping an eye on the dates of the questions. e.g if the dates are before the day of the publication go the other way. Also try crosswords if relevant. The Answer Bank can be infuriaiting many times, but it is a still a great concept and when its only half-working, as a free site, I still think it's valuable. Another site which is useful is "Crossword Buddy"....just type this phrase into your search engine and it will give possible answers.

I endorse solvitquick, an amazing site especially as it is free to all!! I have put it on my favourites so I hope I can come back next week when all my googles have been exhausted!! I have masses of reference books but i must admit it is less exhausting on the computer than balancing 7-8 large tomes!!
