what is a jibber jabber??

last night, we were watching videos of when we were little kids, and it was xmas '97 and i shook a present. It rattled, so me & my sister were saying 'its a jibber jabber!' over & over again! it wasnt a jibber jabber, so we didnt find out what a JJ was.

Does anyone know what we were talking about? Was there a toy or something in '97 called a jibber jabber??

i remember these they were little people with long necks which you grabbed them by and shook them back and forth and they made the noise.

im glad to see i didnt just make it up! we really wanted one because everytime we shook a present & it made a noise, we said 'jibber jabber!', but we obviously never got one!

my little brother and sister had jibber jabbers and its really random that i found this web page as i was asking everyone i knew if they remembered these toys and no one remembers except my sister!! I was looking online to buy one for my boyfriend as he insists there was no such toy but I remember them!!! They were so noisy and irritating when your little brother and sister have them and will not stop shaking them!"!
