Can anyone recommend anything to lessen the affects of using steroid cream for years? My skin is really thin and wrinkly in places and I'm only 32!

Are you still using it, could you ask for one which is not quite so strong or causes so many side effects?

Be careful what you use if your skin's sensitive, maybe try remedies for more elderly skin as it's thinner and more fragile.

Some ideas here...

Thanks for your suggestion Jenna. I still use the steroid cream when my skin gets bad (eczema); its quite a strong cream but the only one that does the trick - believe me I've tried them all!
Hey, I've found that using steriod creams can make my skin almost 'dependent' on them and my eczema becomes more recurrent the more I've used (much like my asthma and steriod inhalors/tablets)

Which emoilents do you use? Maybe prevention of eczema could help, its what's helped me more then steriods

I've found a really good cream that works on my very stubborn eczema, and its not a steriod; have you tried Eucerin?
