A top 10, 20 or 40 ??

Bananarame immediately springs to mind but I don't think they had that many

Bananarama did have 10 top 10 hits in the 80's - but they didn't have 7 consecutive hits :(

The Pointer Sisters had 7 consecutive top 100 uk hits in the 80s

I still say it's Bananarame - a lot of their singles were never released in the UK

I'm gonna sit on the fence on this one until bigwully clarifies the definition of a "hit".
