emigrate with Dad

Im divorced and my youngest Daughter (14)lives with my ex wife althought she stays with me every weekend and all the school holidays ( approx 177 days a year) We have shared care. Im thinking of emigrating to the USA and would like her to come with me. Do i have to wait til she is 16 or 18. Do i need my ex wifes consent. Where do i stand legally?

1)does she want to come?
2)It is extremely hard to emigrate to the usa, do you have a way in mind, and would they include your daughter in that?
