Mulled wine!

If I make some mulled wine tonight, how long will it keep for?! I want to try it out before I make it for friends, but I won't want to drink 2 litres on my own! hic! How long can I keep it in the saucepan for?

I'm just guessing this, but seeing as no one else has answered you  - I would treat it as any other opened bottle of wine, i.e. ok for the next day and possibly the following at a push - but to be honest we've never had the problem as it always goes....  I wouldn't have thought reheating once or twice would do much harm except possibly lose a little something in taste of the wine... though I'm sure the Health & Safety anoraks would have something else to say... Couldn't you try quartering the quantities?  You've probably made it by now - hope you liked it....
