In comment to the eaqrlier message complaining of people asking for answers here. I try my best everytime to find the correct answer b ut do resort to answer bank for three main reasons
1. To confirm I have found the correct answer
2. For assistance when I have been unable to find the answer
3 To help others with my limited knowledge if I can
I do appreciate ALL the help I have received on here.

ive said this before dicmor i see nothing wrong in asking for help as its no different to asking a friend or a work mate or family for a little help. a work mate of mine often gets a quiz which she will pass onto me to look at. its good to help, these are not exam papers, we do these quizzes, crosswords for fun, if my dad was alive (he loved his crosswords) and he knew about this web site, he'd be here asking and giving out help.

I agree! I don't object in the slightest to how many times the same question is asked, although it would seem sensible to glance through the site before asking! Any frustration I ever experience is when the site becomes very slow at downloading pages!

i am a very busy person and used to spend days sometimes looking for an answer, but now I can still enjoy doing crosswords and when I a stuck it's thank you Brian and co.

So do you 4 ABers send your crosswords in as all your own work?
Most of the easy peasy questions could be put in google leaving the meaty stuff for the big brains to help with.
Just take a look at the weekend pages and you'll see what I mean.
