It depends on the time of year.
Kenya is GMT +3. But the UK is not always GMT, like just now, it is GMT+1. Kenya is always Kenya time.
So normally, you would add 3 hours to the time in the UK, to get Kenya time. Except during BST, like just now, you add 2 hours.
