some tw@t has hacked my sons xbox live account and gained access to my bank details, they took �160 out, spent all morning in the bank trying to sort it, now i can't access my emails so they have hacked that as well, i feel like my head is going to explode, also my facebook account has been hacked, so you could say i'm really hacked off!!!! it's a real big hassle.

i don't know how they do it, i feel absolutely boiling mad, it could be anyone in the world, i have had to create a new email account, it feels worse cos i don't understand it so it makes me ,more frustrated than ever.

try using more secure passwords combinations of letters numbers and punctuation make strong passwords!!!
also use different passwords for different things!!!

im a little unsure as to how they would have got your bank card details from xbox live though as mine are displayed as ***************** 1234 are you sure this is how they were aquired?

hopefully they will get caught but i hate to say that more often than not they dont.
