Why is there no binwomen!

Just looking out of the window and noticed that you never see women on a bin round, do any abers have lady bin emptiers!!!!!

I was just reading in the paper, that we're gonna get five bins!!

And yet, they seem to empty it all into the same dustcart!!!

I was due to have my paper bin uplifted and when i came back it hadnt been emptied some numpty had put 2 empty beer cans in it, rang the council and was told that it was now contaminated and i would have to wait another 2 weeks for the next uplift as you said there soft and delicate hands couldnt lift out 2 empty beer cans lol!

Our bin crew has a lady driver ..
she also loads the bins and looks female ...

Maybe we do have females working on the bins but they look like men thats what it is!
