In your answer to my post about a cat that appears to have adopted my wife and me you implied that we are catnappers, to which I take umbridge at that suggestion. If you read my post I mentioned that we do not feed the cat, only that it likes us. Read my post again on page 2.
I read roughquests answer and the people who had taken in his cat were actually keeping it indoors - not giving the cat any freedom to wander back to its normal home.
It is nice that you have a new friend and you should keep the friendship going - the cat wouldn't visit if he/she didn't like your company.
I hope that you and Mrs Shylock enjoy the friendship with the cat.
Thank-you wolf63, I very much appreciate your reply and you can be assured that if the cat wants to use my garden and our company for it`s pleasure it is very welcome to.
ive remembered what a relation of mine used to do after she lost her own cat. a neighbours cat used to visit it her and would spend all day on a chair in her living room and them would take off home at night, the neighbours knew where their cat was and werent bothered as they were out at work and knew that the cat was keeping my elderly relation company.
