Internet banking

Hi all

paid some cash and a cheque in at my local branch this morning, just checked my bank on the internet and it hasnt shown up. I know the cheque will take a few days but I thought the cash was instant??

Or am I wrong??

It is instant if you were to get a statement in person and that it is in your account available to withdraw, but internet banking updates daily (in the morning) only once. It will be on there tomorrow under today's date. :)

This type of "theft" by the banks is set to end over the next year or so.
