Hard Margarine

Having recently come across the recipe for "chocolate" concrete on AB, I find that one ingredient is "hard margarine".

I'm not too sure what hard margarine is. Could someone please suggest some branded versions of the stuff that might be suitable? Would Stork Margarine be OK?

yes stork would be ok as long as it is wrapped in greeseproof paper rather than in a tub, think that is the difference between soft and hard.

shaky is right..avoid tubs and look for packaging similar to butter. Mind you if you use value butter it is very cheap and tastes much nicer!!.
Could you give me the link for the chocolate concrete recipe...it sounds interesting. Thanks
Hi, yes, I think Stork will be fine, perhaps a block in the foil rather than in a tub. Pop it in the freezer for a little while to make it solid.
