Did anyone think his joke about the blind guy waving his dog in the air was in bad taste for a 13 year old on tv ?
Surely if some other comic older said that hed be pilloried by the press for being insensitive to blind folk?Yet a wee cockney kid said it and its funny .

Totally agree with spaced - he wasn't particularly funny (though he did have something about him - in a few years time with a good script writer he may be pretty good)

I don't think the joke was funny, but I don't think it was particularly offensive either.

I thought the kid was horrible and definitely not funny. I'm of the mind that no child can be a comedian, it just doesn't look or sound right.

Not sure I found the jike itself to be THAT insensitive, most jokes and humour are usually at someone elses expense. There are obviously boundaries, but I don't think it was crossed in this instance- he was just plain unfunny.
