hi all is their any way i can check my fathers will?????
he has passed away and would like to know what was left to the family?

You can ask the executor or solicitor (if any) to see a copy. They are under no obligation to oblige - but are not barred from doing so if they want to.

Otherwise once the will has gained probate you (and anyone else in the country or indeed the world) can buy a copy from the probate office

Write to the Probate Office in the area of the deceased, informing them of date of death, deceased's name, dob & last address. The search fee was �5? and they will send you a copy providing the Will has gone to probate.

Hi

It will be in the town or more probably the city in the county he last resided. ie for Southport, the probate office is in Liverpool.

Google- probate office for his town- you should find it easily enough.
