Have had my washing machine for some time now, and insured with domestic and general insurance as it of some age now obviously my premiums go up every year thankfully only ever had to call a engineer once,but read a article where someone had issues with this company when they needed a new appliance but they kept saying just get it fixed, just wanted the money still coming in i suppose, my cooker is out of its warranty soon and d@g have sent me out a policy offering insurance, i am not keen to take it up,but need some insurance can any aber offer up any assistance thanks!!!

I don't 'believe' in these appliance insurances - electrical goods are far more reliable and in real money are cheaper than ever.

Put your money in a high interest savings account to pay for repair or replacement.
i have had appliance insurance for many many years and wouldnt be without it, ive received a new tv and plenty of work done on things over the years, more than had my moneys worth

Sorry have to disagree on that they are shoddy these days! for all the appliances i have would have to put in loads every month,sorry not that organised!!!

I must be very lucky with my appliances - they don't break down. :)

it used to be norwich union but now its d&g, wouldnt be without them
