I think we need some more information!  I have tried google, it came up with nothing.

 

This is spanish and translates to Jingles of The Night, if this helps at all.

It you are after a sort of dance music song that was floating around europe in the early nineties it is called "Ritmo de la Noche" im sure you will find out who sings it on google somewhere, hope this helps!

yes sadly I have it, its by Mystic and reminds me of my 1st holiday in Ibiza in 1991
