Britain's Got Talent - Andrew Muir
10 Answers
Anyone any idea why Andrew Muir, who sang Imagine, had no choice but to sing it (according to him, the choice was out of his hands). I would have thought he would be allowed to sing what he wanted. It was mentioned twice, once in the show and then in the follow-up show but no-one said why.

Same thing happened on I'd do anything big well known song for Jodie classic song for Jessie think the song won it for Jodie, Jessie would have suited the role of Nancy better!

no doubt happens a lot in these programmes and looks like Muir was about to open a can of worms and they tried to talk over him to keep him quiet in both shows. Must happen a lot in X factor with some of the awful songs they sing and the same old ones get trotted out time after time like Donna Summer's The Last Dance usually the death knell for the contestant. Similarly Dan who was an early favourite for X Factor but inexplicably sang Build Me Up Buttercup very early in the show. And all these people who sing a Whitney / Mariah classic just for Simon to be able to tell them it's a mistake - they're not Whitney/Mariah.
